2.2. What we DO NOT do
Unless expressly agreed in special conditions:
Valyriox is not a public authority and cannot order removals by itself.
Valyriox does not guarantee that a third party will remove or de-index content (see clause 7).
Valyriox does not provide services outside the contracted scope (for example, general corporate reputation, removal of reviews/news, or other situations) if it is not expressly included.
The specific provision of the service, price, deadlines, and exact scope are determined in the proposal, budget, or special conditions accepted by the client.

Specific conditions for Removal / De-indexing requests
Given that Valyriox's services may involve communications with third parties (platforms, search engines, hosting, etc.), the User/Client represents and warrants that:
Legitimacy: they are authorized to request the removal/de-indexing, either as the affected party or by acting with sufficient authorization.
Truthfulness: the information provided is true, current, and complete.
Legitimate use: the request is not intended to violate third-party rights or to remove lawful content in an abusive manner or for illegitimate censorship purposes.
Documentation: they will provide, when necessary, supporting documentation (for example: exact URLs, screenshots, proof of impersonation or ownership, etc.).
Third-party requirements: the User/Client understands that platforms and search engines may require additional verifications and that their policies may vary.

Therefore, Valyriox:
does not guarantee a specific result,
does not guarantee third-party deadlines,
and is not liable for changes in criteria, policies, forms, or requirements imposed by said third parties.
7.2. On the Website information
